SoftRAID not compatible with M1 Macs running macOS 11.2/11.2.1

Important: macOS 11.2 does not load the SoftRAID driver on Apple Silicon computers (M1)

Apple is going to release a fix for this in the near future.

In the meantime, if you have already upgrade to the 11.2, you can use Snapshots to revert back to 11.1.
