SoftRAID 4 Upgrade Information

I already own SoftRAID 3.x:

2009-2010 purchasers: If you purchased SoftRAID in 2009 or 2010, you are entitled to a free upgrade to SoftRAID 4. If did not receive an email about your upgrade, fill out the Upgrade Request form. In the Comments box, tell us you did not receive your Upgrade notice.

2002-2008 purchasers: All purchasers of SoftRAID 3 are eligible for an Upgrade to SoftRAID 4. The Upgrade price is $69. We will send you a $60 discount coupon you can redeem at the KAGI store. (one time use only)
Use the Upgrade Request form to send in for your $60 SoftRAID Upgrade coupon.

2009-2010 Purchasers: If you purchased SoftRAID before January 1, 2009, you must tell us enough to help us find your purchase information.

Purchased from Kagi:
If you purchased from Kagi, we need your kagi transaction ID. You can get this by going to the Kagi Order Tracking page and obtaining your transaction ID.

Purchased from OWC/MacSales:
If you received your copy of SoftRAID from OWC, you need to provide your OWC invoice number.

SoftRAID Reseller/Apple Consultant:
If you purchased from a SoftRAID reseller, you need to provide the email address of your reseller and approximate date of purchase. If your reseller provided you with a Kagi transaction ID, please provide it.

Direct from SoftRAID:
Please give us the PO number, or the approximate date of purchase and email address used to purchase SoftRAID.
